Job Description · We are looking for bright young graduates from various disciplines to join us in our   Management Trainee program · Selected candidates will be put on a 1 year program where they will be given the   opportunity to work and learn with hands-on experience within the various divisions · Selected candidates will be able to experience the vibrant environment of a new   telecommunications company that will be launching a new 4G network that will   change the way people work and play · After completion of the 1 year program, selected candidates will be given the   opportunity to pick the area most suited to them and they will be offered   employment terms · If you are the right candidate, a challenging and rewarding career awaits you at   YTL Communications Job Requirements · A degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Management, IT, Engineering or   Telecommunications with a CGPA of 3.25 and above · Good language skills · High degree of initiative and motivation · Demonstrated leadership skills · Strong PC skills Required Skills · Good analytical skills · Meticulous, with an eye for details · Good spoken English is a must · A good team player and willing to work long hours if needed Interested applicants are invited to e-mail with comprehensive resume including current and expected salary to layim.ooi@ytlcomms.my Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
