CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
  • Courteous with pleasant and good telephone etiquette
  • Able to handle IP PABX system
  • Good working PC knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently and with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Good planning and organization skills and has the ability to prioritize task assigned.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
WORKING EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of working experience is required preferably in the service industry. 

EDUCATION
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Professional Certificate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
